Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this site and any orders you place with Oasis Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the Site
We provide this site for general information and to facilitate inquiries and orders. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the site by any other party.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use this site, submit the contact form, or place an order. By doing any of those things, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in any message or order you submit, including valid billing and shipping details. You agree not to attempt to circumvent our security or fraud controls, and not to submit fraudulent information.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and to availability. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. By initiating a payment at checkout, you authorise the charge of the payment method provided for the full amount shown.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Disputes filed with card networks or payment schemes are handled under the rules of those schemes; we cooperate fully with those processes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that is not resolved through arbitration (see Section 8) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
9. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognised arbitration body under its applicable consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and in Clark County, Nevada, unless the parties agree otherwise. Each party waives any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
